Wasp Removal
The Wild Bee Co aims to remove wasps and hornets with no poison/insecticide. Wasp removal varies quite a bit depending on the species and the nest location. Some are very straight forward, like a paper nest hanging from a tree branch. Others can be more difficult when they are down in a crawl space or in a wall void.
While it is usually possible to avoid chemicals there are times when a responsibly applied insecticide is a valuable tool. Many customers over the years have preferred this to holes cut into the home to access nests or when the nests are just inaccessible.
A few years ago, Wild Bee Co began collaborating with Cascadia Venom Collection, freezing wasps for use in allergy immunotherapy.
